01. Agreement

These terms govern your use of autograder.co.in and the applications provided on it. Autograder is owned and operated by Asif Sahadh, a sole proprietor based in Karnataka, India.

By creating an account or making a purchase you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

02. The service

Autograder is an AI-assisted grading platform for educators. You create a grading session, upload a question paper and answer key, then upload scanned student answer sheets. The platform transcribes the handwriting, evaluates each answer against your key, and returns marks and a structured report.

03. Educator responsibility

Autograder produces grading recommendations. AI models can misread faint handwriting or misinterpret non-standard notation.

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming every mark before entering it into an official transcript or gradebook. Autograder is an evaluation aid, not a final academic authority.

04. Your account

  • Register with accurate details and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account.
  • Tell us at support.autograder@gmail.com as soon as you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.

05. Pricing and billing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the Pricing page and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never handle your card details directly.

  • Session packs are a one-time charge. Credits are added to your account on payment and do not renew.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days until you cancel.
  • Recurring mandates follow RBI e-mandate rules. You get a pre-debit notification to your registered email at least 24 hours before each renewal.
  • Cancellation can be done from your dashboard at any time. Future billing stops and your plan stays active until the current cycle ends.

06. Content and student data

You keep full ownership of the question papers, answer keys and rubrics you upload.

By uploading student answer sheets you confirm you have the academic authority to have them evaluated. We process them only to run the grading you requested. We do not sell student data and do not use answer sheets for advertising.

07. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the platform, use it to process unlawful or infringing material, circumvent session limits or security controls, or run scraping or denial-of-service activity against our servers.

08. Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from downtime, grading inaccuracies or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

09. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka. For legal notices, see Contact.
