01. Digital delivery only
Everything sold on Autograder (session packs, subscriptions and grading credits) is digital.
Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping or handling charge applies to any order.
02. When you get access
- Immediately on payment: sessions or plan quota are credited to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, typically within seconds and always within 10 minutes.
- Nothing to install: open the dashboard and your plan is already active. There are no licence keys or activation codes.
- A receipt by email: a confirmation is sent to your registered address for every transaction.
03. If your access doesn't appear
If your balance has not updated 15 minutes after payment, sign out and back in to refresh your account.
If it still has not appeared, email support.autograder@gmail.com with your payment ID. We credit verified payments manually within 2 to 4 business hours during support hours, listed on Contact.
